To enable real-time emotional conversations, remember your past interactions, and provide comforting voice exchanges, we process the following categories of information:
a. Conversational & Interaction Data
- Chat Transcripts & Prompts: Messages, roleplay instructions, emotional confessions, and responses you exchange with your AI companions.
- Episodic Companion Memories: Important dates, nicknames, personal preferences, and affinity scores stored in your companion's private memory vault to maintain conversational continuity.
- Voice & Audio Processing: Ephemeral audio feeds processed during real-time voice calls. Voice inputs are converted to speech tokens in volatile memory solely to synthesize realistic vocal replies and are never retained as permanent raw recordings.
b. Account, Authentication & Subscriptions
- Sign-in identifiers (such as Apple ID, Google Account, or verified email authentication tokens).
- Subscription statuses, VIP pass records, and token credit balances.
- In-app purchase transaction receipts validated securely through platform marketplaces (Apple App Store and Google Play). We do not collect or store raw financial credit card information.

- Containerized Companion Vaults: Each user's companion instance and memory database are isolated within cryptographic boundaries to prevent unauthorized cross-contamination.
- Safety Filters: Automated algorithmic moderation filters operate in real-time to intercept non-consensual exploitation, self-harm instructions, or illegal abuse.
4. User Rights & Account Deletion
You maintain complete sovereignty over your data and digital presence:
- Memory & Chat History Clear: You can purge specific chat logs, wipe companion memory vaults, or reset character relationships directly within the app settings at any time.
- Complete Account & Data Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated companion history.
